Sisay

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain Sisay

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Captain Sisay commands a Selesnya toolbox deck that seamlessly transitions between disruptive stax and explosive combo finishes. Sisay's ability to search for any legendary card allows you to adapt to any board state, fetching targeted silver bullets or assembling game-ending combos on demand. Primary win lines involve achieving infinite mana through Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Quirion Ranger, or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Seedcradle Witch, before sinking that mana into Kamahl, Fist of Krosa or Shalai, Voice of Plenty to overwhelm opponents. Alternatively, the deck establishes asymmetric hard locks using Living Plane alongside Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Linvala, Keeper of Silence.
