Commander: Blech, Loafing Pest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Golgari life-gain / +1/+1-counter token deck built around Blech, Loafing Pest. The commander turns every life-gain trigger into a global pump for Pests, Bats, Insects, Snakes, and Spiders, so the deck layers redundant lifegain engines - landfall, ETB, and death triggers - under counter multipliers like Hardened Scales, The Ozolith, and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, and token multipliers like Doubling Season and Parallel Lives. The plan is to grind out a wide board of small creatures, pump them with counters and the menace/trample/deathtouch lords, then close with Craterhoof Behemoth, Biorhythm, or table-wide drain from Mirkwood Bats, Enduring Tenacity, and South Wind Avatar. It is a midrange engine deck rather than a combo or control deck: thematically consistent, but slow to kill and reliant on a critical mass of tokens.
