The Madcap Jester GRIXIS THEFT by Mattibatti

Format: Commander

Commander: The Madcap Jester

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Madcap Jester leads a Grixis theft and exile-velocity deck designed to weaponize opponents libraries. By triggering library exiles through combat damage and targeted extraction spells, the commander turns opponent resources into an accessible card pool that can be cast using any mana type. The deck translates high exile volume into direct board presence and life drain through exile-cast payoffs like Passionate Archaeologist, Nico Minoru, Runaway, and Unstable Amulet. The primary win path combines massive card advantage stolen via engines like Etali, Primal Storm and Brainstealer Dragon with steady, non-combat burn from spells cast outside of hand.
