ViVi Reference Deck by user4162528

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger ritual commander: every cheap noncreature spell grows her power, turning her {0} activation into a large burst of red and blue mana. The deck's primary route is to accelerate into hidden commander Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, then use a one-mana instant to trigger the draw-ping loop and kill the table. Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze and Lotus Petal is the secondary storm-mill line, with Crackle with Power as a big-mana clean-up. The deck is light on permanents, heavy on cantrips, tutors, and free interaction, and it can pivot between Niv and Breach lines depending on what it draws.
