froggy by ClassyDabber

Format: Commander

Commander: Helga, Skittish Seer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Helga, Skittish Seer is the deck's mana engine and primary payoff: early one-mana dorks let her land on turn 2, and every 4+ mana value creature spell enables a draw, a life-gain, and a +1/+1 counter that makes her tap for more mana. The main plan is a creature-combo chain that loops untap effects with Argothian Elder plus Pemmin's Aura/Freed from the Real, or Chulane plus Intruder Alarm, to generate infinite colored mana and creature casts. Secondary paths are medium-size beatdown with Elesh Norn, Consecrated Sphinx, and Absolute Virtue, and a Craterhoof/Thunderfoot/Zopandrel one-shot. Chulane acts as a hidden commander, adding draw, land drops, and a bounce loop.
