This is a classic Izzet spellslinger deck built around Mizzix of the Izmagnus, whose experience-counter mechanic creates escalating discounts on every instant and sorcery. The primary game plan is to deploy early cost reducers and mana rocks, then chain cheap spells together to accumulate experience while building to a burn- or storm-based finish. The deck's reach comes from cards like Thousand-Year Storm and Chandra, Hope's Beacon that multiply triggers, and from a light recursion package that can rebuy key spells.
