Deck overview

Led by Vivi Ornitier, this is a classic Izzet spellslinger deck that converts every noncreature spell into both a growing mana engine and chip damage. Vivi's passive grows his power with each noncreature cast and pings each opponent for 1; his {0} ability then turns that power into {U}/{R} on the big turn. The primary path to victory is a critical-mass burn turn: resolve a damage multiplier such as Fiery Emancipation, City on Fire, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, or Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, then chain cheap instants/sorceries while Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Erebor Flamesmith, and Longshot, Rebel Bowman turn every spell into 6-18+ damage per opponent. Secondary lines weaponize Insurrection/Mob Rule theft, Chandra's Ignition on a grown Vivi, a Thousand-Year Storm/Twinning Staff storm kill, and a Panoptic Mirror extra-turn lock. The deck is built to be quiet early, then explosively lethal in one turn.
