New Untitled Deck by Maverick94

Format: Commander

Commander: Kess, Dissident Mage

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kess, Dissident Mage leads a Grixis spellslinger deck that wins by turning every instant and sorcery into direct damage. The primary plan deploys pingers such as Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, Firebrand Archer, Fiery Inscription and Professor Onyx, then chains cantrips and rituals to drain all opponents. Secondary paths go infinite: Chain of Smog loops with magecraft payoffs and Treasure generation, or Bonus Round with Thousand-Year Storm and Underworld Breach for storm copies. Kess acts as repeatable recursion, recasting key spells from the graveyard once per turn. Professor Onyx functions as a hidden commander, providing both a steady drain and card selection that the deck tutors and protects.
