Jedha [Commander] (Shiko spellslinger + blink) by oRealMegabolt

Format: Commander

Commander: Shiko, Paragon of the Way

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck is helmed by Shiko, Paragon of the Way, a flying vigilance value engine that exiles cheap spells from the graveyard and casts free copies. The core strategy revolves around looting to fill the yard, then reusing key instants and sorceries with Shiko's ETB and flicker effects. The deck generates incremental advantage through magecraft triggers, pingers like Guttersnipe and Longshot, Rebel Bowman, and token producers such as Monastery Mentor and Rite of the Dragoncaller. Secondary win conditions include milling yourself into Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac, and leveraging Niv-Mizzet, Visionary for card advantage and reach. The deck is a value-oriented grinder rather than a fast combo machine, aiming to out-card the table and close with repeated burn.
