Deck overview

This deck is a five-color typal aggro-midrange strategy led by Cosmic Spider-Man. The primary objective is to curve out early Spider and Hero creatures, deploy utility pieces that generate card advantage or board control, and then resolve the commander to grant flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste to the entire team at the beginning of combat. This keyword explosion immediately turns a modest ground presence into an overwhelming aerial offensive while providing substantial lifelink stabilization. Supporting cards like Aura Shards and Shelob, Child of Ungoliant control opposing boards and disincentivize combat trades, while potent defensive cards like Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention, and Deflecting Swat safeguard the board against sweepers and targeted removal. The deck closes games over multiple aggressive attack steps by scaling power with +1/+1 counters and typal anthems.
