Deck overview

This Izzet deck is an aggressive spellslinger burn strategy commanded by Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. The deck's primary objective is to deploy efficient pingers like Thermo-Alchemist, Firebrand Archer, and Kessig Flamebreather, then use Ghyrson's Three Autostubs ability to turn every 1-damage trigger into a lethal 3-damage strike. By chaining 1-mana cantrips, untap effects, and storm spells, the deck rapidly depletes all three opponents' life totals simultaneously while keeping opposing creature boards suppressed with amplified sweepers like End the Festivities. Secondary value engines such as Storm-Kiln Artist, Veyran, Voice of Duality, and token producers provide mana acceleration and board presence to close out games if the primary commander line is disrupted.
