Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria drives a Grixis discard-matters strategy. The deck's primary plan is to assemble a self-sustaining Dakmor Salvage loop with Tectonic Reformation and Surly Badgersaur, turning every land discard into a drain trigger via Doctor Doom or Seismic Assault. A secondary Villain-connive package uses Doom's combat trigger and payoffs like Ultron, Iron Monger, and Glorious Purpose. Looting and cycling effects smooth draws while Bone Miser, Rielle, and Monument to Endurance convert discarded cards into mana, value, or damage. The deck can also win through cumulative drain from Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, and Faith of the Devoted if the combo is interrupted.
