Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Grixis tempo strategy piloted by Goro-Goro and Satoru. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap, evasive creatures, hasty threats, and Ninjutsu enablers to trigger the commander's ability on combat damage. Each time an entering creature connects with an opponent, it generates a 5/5 flying Dragon Spirit token. By attacking multiple opponents simultaneously with hasty tokens from cards like Loyal Apprentice or Ninjas like Moon-Circuit Hacker, the deck rapidly builds an overwhelming aerial presence by Turn 5. Support cards such as Dragon Tempest, Raphael, the Nightwatcher, and Breath of Fury accelerate damage output, allowing the deck to close out games around Turn 7. The list features a balanced suite of low-cost mana rocks, interactive counterspells, and targeted removal, maintaining pressure while disrupting opposing strategies. While vulnerable to board wipes and heavy flying blockers, its redundant haste enablers and swift recovery ensure persistent combat momentum.
