Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose static ability grants storm to every instant and sorcery the deck casts. The game plan is to chain cheap cantrips, rituals, and removal into a single explosive storm turn, multiplying each spell into a cascade of copies. Primary win conditions are Guttersnipe burn (each spell and copy pings for 2), a massive Empty the Warrens goblin swarm, and token armies from Young Pyromancer and Deekah, Fractal Theorist. Thousand-Year Storm and Veyran, Voice of Duality serve as redundant spell-copying engines, while High Tide, Mana Geyser, and Blazing Firesinger // Seething Song provide the mana to chain long strings of spells. The commander also functions as a 7/7 flying, ward-backed beatstick for a secondary commander-damage plan. The deck is dense with card selection but carries zero tutors, so it relies on raw draw power to assemble its storm turns.
