Deck overview

This mono-green deck centers on Oviya, Automech Artisan as an explosive mana-cheat engine. The list uses a dense suite of zero- and one-mana acceleration, including fast mana artifacts and eight mana dorks, to deploy Oviya reliably on Turn 2. On Turn 3, Oviya taps to cheat massive, game-ending threats directly into play, bypassing their printed casting costs and granting them trample. Cheated finishers like Blightsteel Colossus, Worldspine Wurm, Vaultborn Tyrant, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus quickly overwhelm opponents through lethal combat damage. Backup strategies include the land-based Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage combo to summon a 20/20 Marit Lage, as well as hardcasting large threats via high-mana doublers like Nyxbloom Ancient. While the deck possesses explosive Turn 3 clock potential and high redundancy among payoffs, it relies heavily on Oviya surviving summoning sickness and runs relatively lean instant-speed interaction against opposing fast combo lines.
