Deck overview

This deck is an optimized competitive Esper control and combo build commanded by Tivit, Seller of Secrets. The primary strategy leverages dense fast mana to accelerate Tivit onto the battlefield by Turn 3. Upon entry, Tivit's Council's dilemma ability generates five artifact tokens consisting of Clues and Treasures. Using these tokens, the pilot casts and activates Time Sieve, sacrificing five artifacts to take an extra turn. Because Tivit creates five additional tokens on each combat damage connection, the deck chains infinite consecutive extra turns, eliminating all three opponents through flying commander combat damage with zero opponent response cycles. The strategy is reinforced by premier tutors (Demonic Tutor, Transmute Artifact, Whir of Invention), world-class card advantage (The One Ring, Rhystic Study, Necropotence), and an efficient free counterspell suite (Force of Will, Pact of Negation, Mental Misstep). If Tivit is suppressed, the deck pivots cleanly to an independent Thassa's Oracle line.
