Fynn (Poison) by redhound

Format: Commander

Commander: Fynn, the Fangbearer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Mono-Green poison/infect deck helmed by Fynn, the Fangbearer, built around the simple but brutal engine of connecting with deathtouch creatures to stack two poison counters per hit. The deck floods the board with cheap deathtouch bodies, accelerates the clock with a dense proliferate package (Evolution Sage, Contaminant Grafter, Karn's Bastion, Park Heights Maverick), and finishes with a mass-infect Triumph of the Hordes swing or a swarm of Hornet Queen deathtouch flyers. A secondary infect axis (Glistener Elf, Phyrexian Hydra, Tyrranax Rex, Inkmoth Nexus) deals poison directly, independent of Fynn. The deck is fast, redundant, and cheap to recast, but it is fundamentally a combat deck with thin stack interaction and thin recursion.
