Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is an aggressive token-burn engine commanded by Ingris Stingerquill. The primary strategy focuses on assembling a wide board of inexpensive tokens using self-sufficient engines like Bitterblossom, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and Goblin Rabblemaster. When Ingris is on the battlefield, declaring an attack with any creature triggers 1 noncombat damage directly to every opponent. The deck aggressively compounds this damage using damage amplifiers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, transforming small attacks into devastating table-wide burn. Card flow is sustained through combat-based draw engines like Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor and explosive impulse exile from Virtue of Courage. While the deck features dense functional redundancy and fast closing speed, it lacks countermagic and proactive shielding, making it vulnerable to well-timed board wipes. Solid spot removal and asymmetric damage via Fire Covenant keep opposing threats in check while closing games around Turn 6.
