Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact/proliferate deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind. Kilo's haste plus tap-triggered proliferation makes it a reusable, low-to-the-ground engine that starts paying off the turn it enters. The primary kill is poison: Prologue to Phyresis seeds each opponent, then proliferate effects - especially Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, which doubles every proliferate - race everyone to ten poison counters. Charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter, Everflowing Chalice, and Insight Engine support extra turns and huge mana, while Lux Artillery and All Will Be One act as damage-based backup wins. The shell is extremely artifact-dense, with Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Wake the Past supplying recursion and Alibou, Ancient Witness enabling a secondary artifact-combat clock. It is a value engine deck that can end quickly once its proliferation pieces assemble, but it is highly dependent on drawing its single poison seed.
