Deck overview

This Jeskai Superfriends deck uses Commodore Guff to generate mana, build loyalty, and pressure opponent life totals. The strategy relies on deploying planeswalkers on curve while protecting them with defensive tokens and creature sweepers. Proliferate engines like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Flux Channeler, and Inexorable Tide accelerate planeswalkers toward their powerful ultimate abilities. Utility enchantments like Oath of Teferi double loyalty activations, allowing rapid loyalty accumulation and strong card draw. Static abilities from cards like Teferi, Time Raveler and Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor shield your board by restricting enemy timing and targeting. The deck finishes games through symmetric burn from Commodore Guff and Chandra, Legacy of Fire, or by transforming its planeswalkers into an airborne Dragon strike force using Sarkhan the Masterless.
