Deck overview

This is a high-curve Gruul Dragon deck built around Ganax, Astral Hunter and Acolyte of Bahamut. Ganax becomes cheaper through the Background and creates Treasures whenever Dragons enter, letting later Dragons fund further deployment. Dragon's Hoard, Elemental Bond, The Great Henge, and Rishkar's Expertise help convert the large creature package into cards. The main pressure plan is a wide flying board, especially with Atarka, World Render, Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, Terror of the Peaks, or Twinflame Tyrant. The list also contains the real Savage Ventmaw plus Aggravated Assault infinite-combat combo, but access to the enchantment is weak and the line is not the ordinary plan. The deck has useful removal and protection, but its high curve, limited selection, and dependence on combat leave it vulnerable to early combo decks, sweepers, and efficient exile effects. It is a strong casual or lower high-power tribal strategy rather than a competitive Commander construction.
