Deck overview

This deck is a four-color (WUBR) Polymorph control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The deck minimizes small utility creatures, instead packing 19 high-impact legendary creatures and angels that take over the game when cheated onto the battlefield. Noncreature permanents such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller generate expendable tokens in the early game. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and uses his −3 loyalty ability to convert a token into a game-ending threat like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, or Archfiend of Despair. Redundant mass-polymorph effects like Synthetic Destiny and Mass Polymorph allow the deck to pivot into a lethal alpha strike.
