The Great Summoning

Format: Commander

Commander: Oviya, Automech Artisan

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green "big stompy" deck helmed by Oviya, Automech Artisan, whose primary role is to cheat oversized creatures onto the battlefield from your hand while granting trample to your attackers. The deck ramps aggressively using land-search spells like Cultivate and Skyshroud Claim, then deploys haymakers such as Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Old Gnawbone - either hardcast or via Oviya's activated ability, Elvish Piper, or Monster Manual. Protection comes from a dense suite of hexproof/indestructible effects (Archetype of Endurance, Asceticism, Heroic Intervention), and card draw is powered by The Great Henge, Garruk's Uprising, and Toski, Bearer of Secrets. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage with trample, often accelerated by Concordant Crossroads or Surrak and Goreclaw to give haste. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through sheer power and inevitability.
