The army of Mordor by ImLootGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a budget Rakdos Goblin/Orc/Amass kindred deck helmed by The Great Goblin. The core plan is to curve out cheap goblins, amass a growing Army, and convert every +1/+1 counter placed on a Goblin, Orc, or Army into 2 damage from the commander. The deck wins through a combination of wide goblin combat - Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, Goblin Rabblemaster, and Legion Warboss generating tokens, pumped by Shared Animosity and Obelisk of Urd - and burn/drain from The Great Goblin, Impact Tremors, Boggart Mischief, Fiendish Duo, and Rankle and Torbran. It is a fair, incremental value deck with light recursion (Living Death, Victimize, Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate) and a modest interaction suite. There are no infinite combos; the deck grinds out advantage through amass triggers, death-trigger card advantage, and goblin swarm pressure.
