The Great Goblin by LJ.FourFoldMaster

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An amass-tribal burn deck that makes one enormous Army token and converts every counter event into direct damage through The Great Goblin. The primary plan is to grow the Army with amass permanents and attack/trample effects while the commander pings opponents; a secondary aristocrat plan uses sacrifice outlets and death-trigger drains. The deck has no infinite combo but makes up for it with redundancy, cheap rituals, and two damage/trigger multipliers. The commander is both the burn engine and a card-advantage source on goblin/orc deaths. Without him the deck still drains and attacks, but the plan slows noticeably. There is no hidden commander; Great Goblin, Foul-Hearted serves as the closest complementary engine.
