Deck overview

This is a Golgari tokens deck piloted by Hazel of the Rootbloom, built around converting a wider and wider swarm of Squirrel and Food tokens into massive mana, massive boards, and multiple overlapping drain triggers. Hazel provides the uniquely cheap engines: tapping token swarms for colored mana, then copying the most useful token at end of turn (doubled if a Squirrel). The deck wins through combat anthems such as Overcome, End-Raze Forerunners, Beastmaster Ascension, and Preposterous Proportions, with combo-adjacent repetition fed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Academy Manufactor, Pitiless Plunderer, and heavy sac/drain synergies. A secondary drain route - Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Mirkwood Bats, and Nadier's Nightblade - turns every self-sacrifice into table-wide reach, while Cauldron of Essence and Hazel's Brewmaster add low-grade recursion and utility. The deck is less a fast combo deck than a resilient, overwhelming token engine with a game-ending overrun at the end.
