Deck overview

This is a Golgari midrange sacrifice deck helmed by Tom, Bert, and William, built around deploying oversized creatures, converting them into card advantage and life-total pressure, and finishing through drain and combat. The commander is a repeatable sac outlet that turns a single large body into a burst of cards (then a discard), and on death it returns as an artifact so the engine is sticky. The 99 supports this with cheap high-power threats (Phyrexian Soulgorger, Rotting Regisaur, Yargle and Multani, Ghalta, Primal Hunger), classic reanimation (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Victimize), and payoff engines that punish draws and discards (Psychosis Crawler, Greater Good, Bone Miser, Monument to Endurance). Primary wins are table-wide drains via Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord or single-target burn like Rite of Consumption/Final Strike, backed by trampling beaters under Garruk's Uprising and Unnatural Growth. Protean Hulk is the deck's one real combo-assembly line, tutoring a lethal package on death.
