Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck is commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on early mana acceleration and cost reduction to deploy high-CMC flying threats ahead of curve. Once Lathliss enters the battlefield, every subsequent Dragon creates an additional 5/5 flying Dragon token. The deck leverages devastating enter-the-battlefield burn engines like Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest to clear opposing blockers and deal direct damage to life totals. Combat multipliers such as Utvara Hellkite, Terror of Mount Velus, and extra combat steps from Scourge of the Throne accelerate the clock to eliminate the table across Turns 6 and 7. The deck also features high standalone redundancy, allowing it to maintain lethal pressure even if Lathliss is removed.
