Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck built around Gandalf, Party Guest, aiming to deploy a critical mass of legendary Wizards to make his combat-step free-cast trigger enormous. The deck's primary plan is to generate massive mana through spells like Mana Geyser and Seething Song, then finish with X-cost burn spells (Crackle with Power, Banefire) or the alternative win condition Approach of the Second Sun. Thousand-Year Storm and Past in Flames provide explosive recursion and copy effects, while Wizard-tribal synergies (Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, Voice of Duality) multiply every magecraft trigger. The deck can also assemble infinite-mana loops using Turnabout and a copy effect, turning any X-spell lethal. It is a value-oriented, mid-speed build that relies on spell density rather than a lightning-fast combo.
