Deck overview

This is an Esper Assassin/Equipment/Vehicle deck helmed by Ratonhnhake ton, whose unblockable, hexproof body turns into a value engine the moment it connects: it spawns a 1/1 Assassin token with menace and re-attaches an Equipment from the graveyard to that token. The deck wins primarily through incremental combat damage - the commander suited up with Aettir and Priwen (base power/toughness equal to your life total) or Caduceus, Staff of Hermes - backed by a life-gain drain package in Marauding Blight-Priest and Hinterland Sanctifier. Vehicles crewed by Assassin tokens (Adrestia, Adventurer's Airship) add card draw, while the freerunning spells (Eagle Vision, Restart Sequence, Chain Assassination) convert early combat into cheap value. Recursion via Zombify, What Must Be Done, and Jacob Frye keeps the engine grinding.
