Deck overview

This Bant token deck is helmed by Brenard, Ginger Sculptor, who turns each nontoken creature death into a 1/1 Food Golem token and provides a powerful anthem for all Food and Golems you control. The strategy is a midrange value engine: ramp into token generators, build a wide board of artifact creatures, and overwhelm opponents with pumped, trampling golems. The deck generates value through landfall triggers (Tireless Provisioner), token-making creatures (Blade Splicer, Malcator, Purity Overseer, Sandstorm Salvager), and enchantments that fuel the token army (Brokers Ascendancy, Night of the Sweets' Revenge). Win conditions are purely combat-based-crushing opponents with a massive, trampling golem army or using Rise and Shine to animate a critical mass of noncreature artifacts. The deck lacks infinite combos and relies on incremental advantage, with Brenard providing a recursion safety net that turns dead utility creatures into valuable token bodies.
