Deck overview

This Boros kindred deck harnesses the synergy between Dwarves, Equipment, and Treasure tokens to overwhelm opponents in combat. Led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, the deck deploys efficient early Dwarves and ramp artifacts before casting Thorin on Turn 4. Each Dwarf that enters generates a Treasure, while Thorin grants all other Dwarves +1/+0 for every artifact token you control. As the Treasure horde grows, even modest 1-drop and 2-drop Dwarves inflate into massive lethal attackers. Support engines like Magda, Brazen Outlaw search out game-ending threats like Ancient Copper Dragon or powerful Equipment like The Reaver Cleaver, while Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Dáin of the Ancient Halls multiply combat and direct damage output. Robust protection spells safeguard your army against wipes, allowing you to close out the game across two subsequent combat rounds.
