This Esper deck, helmed by Saruman of Many Colors, is a mill-and-copy strategy that leverages the commander's second-spell trigger to mill opponents and then exile and cast instants/sorceries from their graveyards. The primary win condition is assembling a mill-based infinite loop-most commonly Mindcrank + Bloodchief Ascension or Syr Konrad, the Grim + Mindcrank-or a massive single-turn mill via Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Maddening Cacophony. The deck also includes a robust reanimation package to recur key creatures and a moderate stack of interaction to protect its game plan. While it lacks traditional tutors, a high density of interchangeable mill effects provides a virtual redundancy that compensates.
