Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black discard control and resource-denial strategy commanded by Tinybones, Pocket Nuisance. It aims to strip opposing hands within the first four turns using symmetric and targeted discard effects, breaking parity through engines like Waste Not, Tergrid, God of Fright, and Tinybones, Trinket Thief. Once opponents are top-decking, cards such as Oppression and Bottomless Pit sustain a suffocating lock on spellcasting. Victory is achieved without infinite combos by converting discard triggers into lethal life loss via Megrim, Entropic Battlecruiser, Commander pings, and large swings with Zombie tokens or stolen permanents. While highly resilient against creature-based strategies, the deck is vulnerable to resolved noncreature permanents and relies on proactive hand disruption to neutralize threats before they resolve.
