Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Demon tribal and big-mana deck commanded by K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth. The strategy accelerates mana in the opening turns using cost reducers and mana rocks to deploy K'rrik ahead of curve. Once on the battlefield, K'rrik converts life totals into black mana, bypassing the steep mana costs of powerful Demons and large draw spells. High-impact creatures like Vilis, Broker of Blood, Razaketh, the Foulblooded, and Archfiend of Despair establish immediate board dominance. The deck compounds massive card advantage through Necrodominance and Bolas's Citadel, controls creature boards with Archfiend of Depravity, and closes games via flying combat damage amplified by Bloodletter of Aclazotz or massive life-drain spells like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Torment of Hailfire.
