Lonis, Cryptozoologist leads a Simic stax-combo deck that wins by generating infinite mana or infinite enter-the-battlefield loops and converting them into a mill or theft win. Lonis creates a Clue whenever another nontoken creature enters, then taps and sacrifices Clues to steal nonland permanents from opponents' libraries, providing steady card advantage and disruption. Primary wins use Basalt Monolith + Kinnan + Forensic Gadgeteer for infinite mana or Shrieking Drake + Intruder Alarm + Academy Manufactor + Urza for infinite Clues and ETBs. Secondary locks use Karn, Grafdigger's Cage, Manglehorn, and Counterbalance. Kinnan and Urza act as hidden commanders that provide mana and outlets even without Lonis.
