Deck overview

This deck utilizes Ashling, the Limitless to bypass the steep mana costs of premier Elementals by granting them evoke {4}. Whenever a nontoken Elemental is sacrificed to its evoke trigger, Ashling produces a temporary token copy with haste, effectively providing doubled enters-the-battlefield triggers and immediate combat pressure for only four mana. Despite running a mono-red basic land base, Ashling's generic evoke cost enables the deck to effortlessly deploy powerful multi-colored Elementals like Mulldrifter, Maelstrom Wanderer, Yarok, the Desecrated, and Rottenmouth Viper. Supported by mana dorks, artifact cost reducers, and copy sorceries, the deck establishes an explosive board presence by Turn 4 and rapidly closes the game on Turn 5 through combined direct damage, board attrition, and hasty combat attacks.
