Deck overview

Katara, Waterbending Master rewards casting spells during opponents' turns, then converts accumulated experience counters into a large attack-based draw. The deck supports this plan with many cheap instants, flash enablers such as Leyline of Anticipation, High Fae Trickster, and Valley Floodcaller, and a strong counterspell package. Mystic Remora, Archmage Emeritus, Archmage of Runes, Faerie Mastermind, and Wavebreak Hippocamp add further card flow. Its main weakness is that value does not become a reliable win. Psychosis Crawler offers the clearest damage payoff, while Talrand, Sky Summoner creates a board, but neither is assembled and protected consistently enough to finish the table. The deck is interactive and capable of long-game advantage, but it lacks a compact combo, sustained oppression, and a dependable closing sequence.
