Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos Group Slug Combo strategy commanded by Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. It punishes common opponent game actions—drawing cards, tapping lands, casting spells, and gaining life—by dealing incremental instances of exactly 1 damage. These pings grow Ob Nixilis and trigger a continuous stream of impulse card advantage. The deck leverages this velocity and multiple black tutors to assemble game-winning two-card infinite combos. Its primary line pairs the commander with All Will Be One to deal infinite damage across the table in a single turn. A secondary combo line features Exquisite Blood and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose to drain the board. Backed by efficient Rakdos removal, red stack interaction, and punishing floodgate enchantments, the deck applies relentless passive pressure before executing a sudden, decisive combo finish.
