Deck overview

This is a Mono-White Rebel tribal deck built around Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero, a repeatable battlefield tutor who puts Rebel permanents directly from the library onto the battlefield. The deck's primary plan is to chain Rebel searchers like Amrou Scout, Ramosian Sergeant, and Ramosian Commander into a wide board, then finish with scaling anthems such as Banner of Kinship, Kemba's Banner, Moonshaker Cavalry, or Akroma's Will. A secondary combo channel threatens an arbitrarily large Crackdown Construct using the free repeated activations of the en-Kor creatures, while Pariah plus Cho-Manno, Revolutionary provides a damage-immunity lock. Card draw is extremely scarce, so the deck leans almost entirely on the command-zone tutor and the Rebel search chain rather than raw card advantage.
