Deck overview

This deck is a Bant Group Hug and +1/+1 Counters strategy piloted by Ms. Bumbleflower. The primary game plan revolves around generating political goodwill and steady card flow by giving opponents cards while leveraging Ms. Bumbleflower's ability to distribute +1/+1 counters, grant flying, and draw two cards whenever you cast two spells in a single turn. The deck ramps efficiently in the early turns, establishes a wide or tall creature presence, and transitions into the midgame with scaling threats like Managorger Hydra, Forgotten Ancient, and Chasm Skulker. As the game progresses, it closes out opponents using explosive counter doublers such as Kalonian Hydra and Byrke, Long Ear of the Law, overrun effects like End-Raze Forerunners, or alternate win conditions including Approach of the Second Sun, Simic Ascendancy, and Twenty-Toed Toad. Defensive spells like Perch Protection and Promise of Loyalty safeguard the board while closing.
