Deck overview

This deck is an Esper artifact midrange strategy built around The Borg Queen. It leverages dense artifact ramp to deploy low-curve Borg creatures, Spacecraft, and token generators before resolving its 7-mana commander on Turn 5. Once on the board, The Borg Queen provides an immediate +2/+2 team-wide anthem and assimilates opposing creatures from their libraries upon entering the battlefield and attacking. The game plan relies on accumulating assimilated threats and turning Borg tokens into sizable beaters to overwhelm the table through combat. While the deck boasts high battlefield synergy and resilient card advantage through combat triggers and theft, it operates at fair midrange speeds without infinite combos or fast-mana acceleration. Its interaction suite efficiently handles problem permanents, though heavy board sweepers require careful rebuilding.
