Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and combat-theft midrange strategy centered on Kotis, the Fangkeeper. Kotis has built-in indestructible and an ability that scales with combat damage, exiling cards from defending opponents' libraries and casting any revealed spells with mana value equal to or less than the damage dealt for free. The deck uses low-cost mana dorks and fast artifacts to deploy Kotis on turn 3, followed by equipment and auras such as Commander's Plate, Buster Sword, Genji Glove, and Aqueous Form on turn 4. Once Kotis connects, it generates massive board presence by casting opponents' best spells at zero mana cost while clocking players with lethal commander damage. A robust interaction suite featuring free spells like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deadly Rollick protects Kotis from exile-based removal and disrupts opposing game plans.
