Format: Commander

Commander: Jon Irenicus, Shattered One

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Jon Irenicus, Shattered One is a Bracket 3 Dimir "poisoned gifts" deck. The engine ramps to Jon, then hands big downside creatures to opponents at end step, goading them, making them unsacrificable, and drawing a card each time they attack. It leans on evasive, high-power gifts for the main combat clock, with infect (Phyrexian Vatmother, Tainted Strike) as a fast alt win and Sower of Discord to double damage between two opponents. Defense is real: No Mercy, Propaganda, Crawlspace, Maze of Ith, and free counterspells keep the pilot alive, while Sower and Phyrexian Obliterator are good creatures you keep, not give. There is no true hidden commander; Vatmother is the closest secondary centerpiece.
