Deck overview

This is a mono-white blink/value deck built around Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd as a repeatable, combat-based flicker engine. Phelia attacks, exiles a nonland permanent until end step, and that permanent re-enters to fire its enter-the-battlefield triggers every turn. The shell is filled with ETB draw, removal, token creators, and compounding multipliers: Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Panharmonicon, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines make each blink dramatically more powerful. The primary path to victory is generating a massive token army off Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, Darksteel Splicer, and Overlord of the Mistmoors, then finishing with a one-turn Moonshaker Cavalry overrun. Secondary inevitability comes from Fortune, Loyal Steed, Teleportation Circle, and the Sun Titan/Reveillark/Sevinne's Reclamation recursion package. The deck wins in the red zone rather than on the stack, and its strength is its dense protection suite and ability to rebuild.
