This deck is a Mono-Blue Merfolk Spellslinger Tempo strategy commanded by Namor the Sub-Mariner. Namor bridges spellslinging and kindred combat by creating a 1/1 Merfolk token whenever you cast a noncreature spell containing blue mana symbols, while scaling his own flying power equal to your total Merfolk count.
