Commander: Gilgamesh, Master-at-Arms

Deck overview

Gilgamesh, Master-at-Arms is a mono-red Equipment voltron deck. The primary plan is to accelerate into Gilgamesh, use his enter and attack triggers to put Equipment directly onto the battlefield, and attach the best pieces for free, turning him into a one-shot 21-damage commander kill. Secondary lines include doubling his triggers with Roaming Throne and Helm of the Host, generating treasure with The Reaver Cleaver, and finishing with Embercleave or Genji Glove. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built almost entirely around Gilgamesh. It is fast but fragile, relying on artifact-based protection and lacking stack interaction.
