Deck overview

This is a Dimir value-control deck using Tasha, the Witch Queen to cast opposing instants and sorceries, while a broad mill package attacks opponents' libraries. The most coherent ordinary plan is Court of Cunning: it creates the monarch immediately and then mills each opponent for ten cards on every monarch upkeep. Ruin Crab, Psychic Corrosion, Memory Erosion, and large mill spells can increase pressure, while Dauthi Voidwalker, Opposition Agent, and Notion Thief generate additional value. The deck has strong tutors and interaction, including free or discounted answers, but the primary engine is vulnerable and the list lacks a compact, reliably assembled win. Tasha, the Witch Queen is a powerful value commander, yet her page-counter ability needs opponents' graveyard spells and a surviving planeswalker turn before it becomes usable. The deck therefore produces substantial advantage and threat pressure, but it is better classified as high-power general construction than cEDH.
