Deck overview

This Boros deck executes a spite-burn strategy centered on damage redirection, asymmetric board wipes, and compact infinite combos. It turns global creature sweepers into lethal win conditions by pairing cards like Blasphemous Act and Chain Reaction with redirectors such as Boros Reckoner, Brash Taunter, and Repercussion. In addition, the deck carries infinite damage loops including Brash Taunter equipped with Blazing Sunsteel or enchanted by Guilty Conscience. Acceleration from Smothering Tithe, Treasonous Ogre, and low-cost mana rocks ensures rapid deployment by turn 4, while Sunforger provides instant-speed access to removal, protection, and redirection spells. The commander, Firesong and Sunspeaker, serves as a high-end lifegain engine and alternate burn outlet rather than an indispensable centerpiece, leaving the deck exceptionally resilient to commander removal.
