Ureni V2 by callybear

Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur Dragon "cheat-into-play" strategy built around Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan is straightforward: ramp hard in the first few turns, deploy Ureni, then use his ETB and attack triggers to flip the top eight cards of the library directly onto the battlefield as Dragons. The deck accelerates through dorks and land-ramp spells, then converts Ureni's repeated reveals into a board of massive flying threats. The primary win is combat damage, usually delivered through an extra-combat turn with Scourge of the Throne, double strike from Atarka, World Render or Terror of Mount Velus, and damage doubling from Twinflame Tyrant. Secondary damage routes come from Dragon ETB pings via Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Terror of the Peaks, which become especially explosive with Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm and Roaming Throne. The deck has no compact infinite combo; it wins by overwhelming the table in a single all-out combat phase.
